Haus Wendy is ideal for family groups and other big rental properties for group accommodation from 30 up till 75 people. This accommodation is situated in the heart of Mauterndorf at the foot of Mount Grosseck-Speiereck. From this convenient location guests can enjoy a wide range of activities. The owners Marc and Anika from The Netherlands, run this accommodation with great enthusiasm and will help you to organise a variety of activities if you like, such as an indoor disco evening or a themed buffet.
Haus Wendy has a total area of 1100 m2 spread over four floors. On the ground floor there is space for bikes / skis and (ski) shoes. Guests can enjoy a great meal in the spacious dining room where you can also find a private area for activities like disco, karaoke or other group activity. And that is not all: on the 2nd floor we also have an additional recreation room for our guests, the table tennis area.
Guests rooms can be found on the 2nd and 3rd floor. All rooms are equipped with a private shower. Most toilets are not inside the room but on the corridors. The bathrooms are simple, but there are plenty available (16 toilets in total). We have three rooms that are equipped with an own shower and toilet. All the rooms vary in size; there are rooms for 2 persons and bigger rooms that offer space and beds up till 8 persons. Totally we have 12 guest rooms with an overall of 68 beds. On the 4th floor we also have an appartment, a studio and a room, which all can be rented out extra in case of bigger groups.

If you make a reservation for 35 people or more we can assure you that the whole accommodation will be reserved for your group only. This way you can experience a real homely atmosphere and you can enjoy activities and mealtimes whenever you want. You can make a booking for only bed and breakfast or in addition half board or fullboard. You can also rent the whole property independently, selfcatered, in this case also the full kitchen equipped with professional equipment and inventory are fully at your disposal.
